I mean, it's only been MONTHS since I've been on dA. An absence which has been incredibly painful on my part seeing as in all this time I've accomplished almost no writing and only one painting (though I am quite proud of the finished product). Work has been killing me and most of my free time is devoted to cleaning my apartment which currently looks like a hurricane has passed through it. A smelly and gross hurricane of dishes that nobody wants to wash and towels that are getting tossed on the living room floor instead of hung up in the bathroom (I don't get it either). It's been a remarkably long time since I've been on dA, but I've been dealing with a lot lately. Don't worry, though. I am alive and I'm pulling through. Ashamed as I am to admit it, I really haven't accomplished much in the way of artwork of any kind. Hopefully that'll change, even if it's not digital work like I was hoping (having no laptop of my own really sucks).

Don't worry folks, nothing too serious. I've just been in a writing mood lately and, since I lack the time to create a complete world for my own story creations, I've decided to try my hand at fanfiction.  And by "decided to try" I mean I sat down today and started one.  So...yeah. On an unrelated note...it's back to college on Monday.  Boo.
